Reindeer51 is the author of the "SNOW CITY - Windhelm Unleashed" mod: was kind enough to grant me permission to make a similiar design in my expansion of the city to the west. Lastly a man called Reindeer51 deserves a big thank you for his understanding and permission. He deserves recognition for his hard work!
